18 establishments in the town of Manchuela de Cuenca, all of them run by women, have set up their businesses this weekend in the Economic Promotion Pavilion
The Quintanar del Rey Economic Promotion Pavilion inaugurated on Friday, March 9, the 8th Stock Fair, where 18 establishments in the town, 18 run by women, have placed their products in the 1,200 square meters of stands.
The mayor of the town, Miguel José García, has highlighted that the fair is a stimulus for commerce, and that it welcomes the entire region of La Manchuela and surrounding towns. "At the fair you can find discounts of up to 70% on a highly represented variety of Quintana Roo commerce."

60% of the people who come to the Quintanar del Rey Stock Fair are from surrounding towns, and that is why the City Council does everything possible to make them feel comfortable. They hope to receive more than 5,000 people during the weekend to be able to take advantage of the discounts that Quintana Roo businesses offer them.
The mayor of Quintanar has invited everyone who wants to drop by the fair and take advantage of the discounts that await them in the Economic Promotion Pavilion.
In addition, among all those who buy something at the fair, a drawing will be held for a full-board hotel and spa weekend.
For his part, the president of the Cuenca Provincial Council, Benjamín Prieto, has highlighted the consolidation of the Stock Fair, which has already reached its eighth edition. “It is also appreciated that these businesses wanted to be here because they generate the local economy by boosting commerce and ensuring that the people of Quintanar and surrounding areas do not have to travel to other places. They make a big push to get out the stock they have, but also to visualize the day-to-day life of small businesses, which must be defended and valued,” explained Prieto.
